Onboarding

Onboarding into the program, agree on meeting cadence and preparation of the data room and prereads

Deep Dive

The program is organized in two, 6-month phases and kicks off with a deep dive meeting, a half-day workshop with a panel of domain experts; companies receive a tailored strategy and development plan and hands-on execution guidance from mentors and domain experts

Goals & Execution

Tailored mentoring by mentors and domain experts by 2:1 coaching on weekly/bi-weekly meetings, workshops, expert discussions, and storytelling
